微量量热法对嗜热菌、嗜冷菌热动力学性质的研究

摘    要:应用极端条件下细菌生长的热动力学模型,用微量量热法研究嗜热菌,嗜冷菌的热动力学性质,分别测量了嗜热菌,嗜冷菌在不同温度下的生长热谱曲线,求出了细菌生长的动力学参数与活化态的活化参数,并通过计算机多元回归分析,得到了细菌生长的最佳生长温度及生长温度范围,试用非线性理论解释了细菌生长过程中熵增加的原因。

Abstract:The thermokinetic model for bacteria growth under extreme conditions has been applied. The growth of thermophilic bacteria and psychrophole in different temperatures were investigated microcalorimetrically, the activation parameters and the growth rate constants of bacteria growth were obtained. The optimum growth temperature and the range of growth temperature were calculated by multivariable analysis method. The increase in entropy of bacteria growth is rationalized by nonlinear theory.
