| Abstract: | The structure, classification and mechanical, physical and chemical properties of carbon fiber arc set forth. The performance of carbon fiber reinforced composites, especially the classification, selection and applications of matrix for carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite are emphasized. Also, the direction for the further development of carbon fiber and its composites is indicated. |
