| 摘 要： | 口服给药是中药制剂最常用的给药方式,而中药制剂药效发挥的关键和前提是活性成分的吸收.通过综述国内外相关文献,重点探讨了吸收促进剂对中药制剂口服吸收的作用、作用机制及其安全性,以期为提高中药口服制剂生物利用度提供参考和借鉴.

| Abstract: | Oral administration is the most common route of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.The absorption of the active ingredients is the first step for the achievement of the therapeutic effects.The literatures about the influence of oral absorption enhancers on traditional Chinese medicine preparations are collected and analyzed.This paper focuses on the effects of absorption enhancers,their pharmacological mechanisms and safety,which provides good suggestions for improving the bioavailability of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. |
