基于环形热源的锥形光纤加工方法

摘    要:锥形光纤在光源与光纤的耦合中得到了广泛的应用。在加工锥形光纤的各种方法中,熔融拉锥的方法应用较广。针对传统熔融拉锥方法存在加热不均匀的缺点,提出了椭球反光镜环形热源的加工方法。实验表明,该加工方法得到的锥形光纤的表面光洁程度明显提高。

Abstract:The tapered fiber is widely applied in the coupling between the light source and the optical fiber. In all methods of processing the tapered fiber,the melt drawing method is widely applied. In the light of that the former melt drawing method has a serious fault,homogenized heating,this paper puts forward the ring pyrogene processing technique based on the ellipsoidal mirror, and the experiment shows that the surface smoothness of the tapered fiber obtained by using this technique is improved obviously.
