旧技术衰亡问题探析

在剖析技术构成要素及其演进的基础上,概述了新技术成长的两个阶段和特点,揭示了旧技术衰亡的条件与轨迹,最后探讨了旧技术衰亡的微观机理以及技术考古的基础地位等问题。笔者认为,不了解旧技术衰亡就不能深刻地领会技术创新;旧技术的衰亡是技术进步过程的另一个侧面,应当纳入技术史与技术哲学的研究范围。

Analysis on Problems of old Technology Decline

Based on analyzing the technological elements and its evolution,this article has outlined two growth stages of new technologies and its features,has revealed the condition of technology declining and its path,and has discussed microscopic mechanism in technology decline as well as the basis status of technological archaeology and so on.The author believes that if you don’t understand technology decline you wouldn’t deeply comprehend technological innovation.The decline of the old technology is another aspect of technology advancement process,which should be integrated in the research scope on history of technology and philosophy of technology.
