全层状TiAl基合金断裂过程的进一步研究

摘    要:通过对层状TiAl基合金进行拉伸卸载试验及拉伸试验,同时通过断口分析,研究了全层状TiAl基合金平板拉伸试验的断裂过程.结合宏观试验结果与断口分析发现,随着预损伤程度的增加,裂纹面密度增大;平板拉伸直接断裂试样的断裂过程与拉伸一卸载后拉断试样的断裂过程一致,单位面积断裂功基本不变.这说明预损伤并不影响这种材料的断裂过程和最终的断裂性能.

Abstract:The facture process of fully-lamellar TiA1 alloys is investigated by tensile-unloading test and tensile test, and analysis of fracture surface. It is found that the areal density of cracks increases with the increasing of the degree of pre-damage, and the fracture process of plate tensile fracture is consistent with that of tensile-unloading-fracture, the fracture energy per unit area remains basically unchanged, It means that pre-damage has no effect on the fracture process and final fracture properties of lamellar titanium aluminum alloy.
