| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the factors restricting the informatization construction of the medium and small sized enterprise from the connotation of the informatization of the enterprise and the relation between the informatization of the enterprise and the technical innovation, and points out that the medium and small sized enterprise must promote the technical innovation based on the development of the information industry, cover the shortages of itself in resources, and obtain the competitive superiorities of its industry. |
