对外汉语专业3＋1人才培养模式的优势——以玉林师范学院对外汉语专业为例

中国高校对外汉语专业在近24年中有飞速发展。随着国内外对高校的对外汉语专业人才需求的变化，该专业的培养方案就必须随之变化。基于广西高校与东盟各国联合培养对外汉语专业学生的有利条件，提出了3＋1的人才培养模式。该模式的优势在于能充分发挥广西位居泛北部湾的地域优势，充分利用与东盟各国联合进行人才培养的有利条件，减轻学生的学费负担，扩大就业途径。

Chinese as a Second Langua developing rapidly in the last 24 years.
