强力砂带平面磨削温度分布的有限元分析及试验研究

摘    要:本文分析了国内外磨削温度的计算方法,指出了用有限元法及有限差分法在时间递推上的优势,用以处理二维不稳态磨削温度场,得出了有重要理论和实用价值的磨削温度计算公式,拟定了相应的计算机程序,以不同磨削用量下的温度场进行了数值计算及大量的试验对比,采用了Peklenik测温法通过计算机实现数据采集,试验结果表明,理论计算值与试验值相当吻合,并得出一些重要结论。

Abstract:This paper widly analyses the calculating methods for grinding temperature, By applying the finite element and the advantage of finite difference in time recurrence ,we study two-dimensional nonsteady grinding temperature field and propose a calculating equation for the temperature with high theoretical and practical value. The corresponding computer program is designed to calculate the temperature field for differentcutting parameters, and the results are compared with experiment results. We apply thePeklenik temperature measurement method and an advanced computer sample system tosample data. The experiment results show that the theoretical calculation data are quiteconsistent with experimental data, and some important conclusions are given.
