| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国经济快速发展，但收入分配的问题也日益显现出来。收入分配公正是现阶段构建社会主义和谐社会的基本前提。本文在总结我国收入分配存在的居民、企业、政府三者的收入分配不均和居民收入差距过大问题的基础上，从历史、经济体制、政策和道德方面分析了问题产生的原因．并就实现收入分配公正提出了保证公民平等的享有接受教育和就业的权利，进一步完善分配制度和调节收入分配差距等建议。
