复杂性方法与经济政策

经济学研究中的复杂性方法能否取得最后的成功，与它被应用来进行政策研究有很大关系，本文考察以复杂性方法为基础的经济政策研究的含义。复杂性方法，以关注“过程”的涌现性的“复杂适应系统”理论模型，取代了传统的均衡分析模型作为经济政策分析的基础。复杂性方法对经济政策研究提出了许多有价值的杰出思想，这些都是为传统经济学所忽略的。

Complexity Method and Economic Policy

It has much to do with the complexity method's being applied in policy research whether the method in economic research will succeed finally. The author investigates implication of economic policy research on the basis of complexity method and that the method replaces the traditional model of balance analyses with the theoretical model of complex adaptive systems focusing on emergence of process as the basis of analysis on economic policies.The author points out that the method presents valuable and outstanding thoughts to economic policy research,but they have been neglected in traditional economics
