| 摘 要： | 目的探讨巨大肝癌患者行肝切除时肝血流阻断法的选择。方法回顾分析26例巨大肝癌患者行肝切除术时选用不同阻断对手术及术后恢复的影响。结果26例巨大肝癌患者中,Pringle阻断11例,选择性半肝血流阻断15例,全部患者肿瘤均获完整切除,除1例死亡外,其余病人术后恢复良好。结论选择性半肝血流阻断对保证巨大肝癌患者肝切除手术成功,术后顺利恢复起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the choice of hepatic blood flow occlusion in patients with huge hepatic cancer.Methods: The effects of difference occlusions on operation and postoperative restoration in hepatectomy of 26 patients with huge hepatic cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Result: All the cancers were resected completely in the 26 patients received Pringle occlusion(11cases) or selective hemihepatic blood flow occlusion(15 cases).The patients restored well except the mortality of 1 case.Conclusion: Selective hemihepatic blood flow occlusion is beneficial greatly to hepatectomy and postoperative restoration of patients with huge hepatic cancer. |
