摘    要:针对离散制造车间手工记录生产数据不及时、不完整而不能满足设备生产效率实时反馈的问题,研究开发车间设备综合效率自动监测系统.根据设备综合效率的监测计算需求,确定系统的总体架构,给出自动和人工相结合的数据采集流程;设计监测系统的功能架构以及数据采集与信息展示界面;完成监测系统的开发与应用.对某汽车零件的加工过程进行试验,结果表明所开发系统能够实时、准确地对车间设备综合效率进行监测.

Abstract:Research and development of an automatic monitoring system for overall equipment efficiency in discrete manufacturing workshops is conducted to address issues arising from the delayed and incomplete manual recording of production data, which fails to provide real-time feedback on equipment production efficiency. The project began by defining the system''s general architecture based on the monitoring and calculation requirements for overall equipment efficiency. A combined automatic and manual data collection process was developed. Next, the functional architecture of the monitoring system was designed, as well as the detailed design of the interface for data acquisition and information display. Subsequently, the monitoring system was developed and implemented. Tests were carried out on the machining process of an automotive part, demonstrating the system''s ability to monitor workshop equipment efficiency in real-time and with accuracy.
