| 摘 要： | 利用因特网和人工智能技术，提出并设计了基于web的高校学报信息管理系统，编制了数据字典。本系统由投稿系统、审稿系统、采编管理系统、网刊发行管理系统、读者订阅管理系统、高级系统管理六大模块组成，可根据各编辑部不同的工作流程，任意改变稿件的处理流程。
