| Abstract: | The paper introduces the mian methods to deal with brewing process waste-water , i.e.the recovery method,the fostering feed yeast method and the biochemical treatment method.The anerobic-aerobic method is introduced in detail. An example is given to illustrate the operation condition and control technique during the alcohol stillage biochemical treatment. |
