基于信息经济学的技术转移的经济分析

当前技术转移渠道不畅,技术交易市场效率低下,很大程度上是由于技术转移过程中信息不完全和不对称造成的。在深入分析技术商品特性基础上,运用信息经济学理论对此过程进行了分析。认为产生这一问题的重要原因是技术商品的特点加剧了技术转移过程中的信息不完全,产生了严重的逆向选择和道德风险,导致信息成本、交易成本和监督成本高昂,技术转移难以实现。为解决技术转移效率低下的问题,从技术供需双方的信号发送和辨别筛选能力这一硬约束出发,提出了相应的措施。

The Economic Analysis of Technology Transfer Based on Information Economics

Current technology transfer channels are sluggish,technology market is inefficient,that is largely due to asymmetric information in the process of technology transfer.This paper take use of information economics theory to analyse it based on in-depth analysis of characteristics of technical merchandise.A major reason for this problem is characteristics of technical merchandise exacerbate asymmetric information under technology transfer process,resulting in a serious adverse selection and moral hazard,leading to the information costs,transaction costs and supervision costs,and technology transfer is unworkable.To resolve the issue of technology transfer inefficiency,put forward several measures.
