钨极气体保护焊金属原型技术工艺

摘    要:介绍了基于钨极气体保护焊(GTAW)的金属原型技术成型工艺及其实验系统组成,对GTAW成型过程进行分析,得到了与金属零件成型相关的焊接工艺参数,通过实验与数学建模得到了关键参数(焊接电流、焊接速度、送丝速度)与焊缝几何尺寸的关系,根据快速成型的特点及要求,优化了焊接工艺参数并进行了三维金属零件的堆积实验.结果表明:用该工艺参数制造的金属零件成型较好,表面均匀,能够满足金属原型制造的要求.

Abstract:The technology on metal rapid prototyping based on gas-tungsten arc weding(GTAW) was introduced,including the advantages of this method and the experimental system composition.By analyzing the GTAW's processing,some welding parameters correlative with metal part processing were obtained.The relationship between physical dimension of seam and important parameters,which include welding current,welding speed and wire feed speed,was established by experiment and mathematics model.The welding parameters were optimized according to the requirements of metal rapid prototyping,then some metal parts were successfully deposited.The results show that the shape of metal parts is good and the surface of the metal parts is smooth,the technological parameters can meet the requirement of the metal rapid prototyping process.
