论要选择民主也要规范民主

随着时代的进步,人们的权力观念也在日益增强,因此,民主也就不可阻挡的成为人类发展的方向和潮流。民主相对于其对立面的独裁和寡头来说具有无可比拟的优越性,这也是当今世界民主成为主流的原因。可民主并不像人民想象的那样完美无缺,本身也具有一定的缺点和不足,历史上甚至出现了暴民政府这样严重的后果,这就意味着选择民主的同时就必须对民主加以规范,促使民主发挥正功能防止变异的民主对社会和国家造成危害。本文就从民主的优势、民主的弊端以及如何有效的规范民主三个角度展开论述。

Choosing Democracy and Norming Democracy

With the progress of the times, people notions of power grow increasingly, so democracy becomes an irresistible direction and trend in human development. Democracy, relative to its antithesis of dictatorship and oligarchy, has unparalleled advantages, which is the reason that the world democracy becomes the mainstream. However, democracy, being ,lot as perfect as people imagine, has some shortcomings and deficiencies, even mob government had appeared in the history. This means that when democracy is select ed, it should be standardized in order to promote democracy to play a positive function and prevent variation and cause harm to the soci ety and state. In this paper, the advantages of democracy, the drawbacks of democracy and the way of effectively regulating democracy are discussed.
