| 摘 要： | 目的:观察清开灵不同给药方式对呼吸道副流感病毒的疗效。方法:将100例20～67岁呼吸道副流感病毒感染患者分两组。治疗组40例,采用清开灵超声雾化吸入治疗;对照组60例,采用清开灵静脉点滴。结果:经统计学分析显示:治疗组平均疗效明显高于对照组。结论:清开灵用于治疗由副流感病毒引起的呼吸道感染,雾化吸入给药方式优于静脉给药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the clinical effects of Qingkailing injection in treatment of parainfluenze virus infection by intravenous injection and aerosol inhalation.Methods: One hundred patients(rage in age from 20 to 70) were debided into two groups.Fourty patients treated by inhalation were the treatment group while other sixty patients treated by intravenous were the control groups.Result: The clinical effect of the treatment group was significant better than that of the control group.Conclusions: Aerosol inhalation is more effective than intravenous injection for treating respiratory tract infection caused by parainfluenza virus. |
