基于自组织理论的高校管理特征与内涵

目前，我国高等教育管理由于受传统的计划经济时代的思想和体制制度的影响还处于比较封闭落后的状态，难以满足市场经济发展的现实需要。为了推动我国高等教育向内涵式发展，急需探索高校管理新的模式和制度。自组织理论对于破解计划指令式教育和内部封闭，动力不足的体制难题提供了新的视野。本文将在介绍自组织理论的基础上，分析高等教育系统的自组织发展特点与规律，提出符合自组织理念的地方高校管理特征和内涵。

The Characteristics and Connotation of Higher Education Management Based on Self-Organization Theory

Influenced by the thought of the traditional planned economy and institutional system, the higher education man- agement is still in a relatively closed and backward state and difficult to meet the practical needs of market economy. In order to de- velop the higher education, it is urgent to explore a new model and systems of university management. Theory of self-organization provides a new vision for breaking command-style education and internal closed institutional problems. Based on the characteristics and rules of self-organization in higher education system, this paper will analyze connotations, methods and applications of local higher education.
