有机碳源对氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长的影响

摘    要:氧化亚铁硫杆菌为化能自养菌,嗜酸,通常生长于无机环境中。为了扩大其在有机环境中的应用,选择乙酸、丙酸和正丁酸三种低分子有机酸及葡萄糖作为氧化亚铁硫杆菌生之的有机环境,研究其在不同浓度不同有机物下的生长活性。实验结果显示:氧化亚铁硫杆菌在100mg/L低浓度的乙酸和400mg/L葡萄糖浓度范围内均能很好的生长,而在余下的几种有机物中生长则受到抑制。表明氧化亚铁硫杆菌并不是对所有的有机物都敏感,通过筛选和驯化能得到在有机环境中生长良好的菌株。

Abstract:Thiobacillus ferrooxidans(T.f) is a chemoauthotrophic species that can obtain energy for growth from the oxidation of a variety of inorganic sulphur compounds and ferrous ion.In short,T.f usually grows in inorganic environment. Domesticating T.f to grow better in organic environment,this study selected acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and glucose as the organic carbon resource of T.f and observed it's growth in several concentration of organic compounds.The results show that T.f can grow greatly in 100 mg/l acetic acid and 400 mg/l glucose,however,is inhibited in propionic acid and butyric acid.The study indicates that T.f can grow selectively in kinds of organic environments and grow better in organic environment by domestication and cultivation.
