初中生生活事件与心理健康研究

采用问卷法,以295名初中生为被试对象研究了生活事件与心理健康的关系。结果发现：（1）农村的学生受影响的程度比城镇的学生大;男生受影响的程度比女生大;三个年级中,初三学生受影响程度最大,其次为初二学生和初一学生;（2）农村的学生的心理健康状况差于城镇的学生;三个年级中,初三学生的心理健康状况最差,其次为初二学生和初一学生;（3）影响初中生心理健康的主要生活事件依次为学习压力、人际关系问题、其它。

A Study on the Life Events and Mental Health of Junior Middle School Students

To analyze the characteristics and relationships between life events and mental health, 295 junior high school students were surveyed by two questionnaires. The results showed that： （1） The influence of negative life events on students in rural area was greater than on students in town. The influence of life events on boys was greater than on girls. The influence of life events on students in grade three was greater than on students in grade two and the influence of life events on students in grade two was greater than on students in grade one. （2） The mental health of students in rural area was worse than the one of students in town. The mental health of students in grade three was worse than the one of students in grade two and the mental health of students in grade two was worse than the one of the one of students in grade one. （3） The main life events which influence junior high school student＇s mental health in turn were： study pressure, interpersonal trouble, the others.
