摘    要:实践教学手段与实践教学过程管理是提高实践效果的关键因素,为了提高实践教学效果,该文探索了综合应用实践教学手段与细化实践教学过程管理的实践教学体系,并针对工科院校生产实习环节采用了录像资料播放与讲解、开展实习讨论会等手段,合理安排实习过程、充分利用学生干部辅助管理等细化实践教学管理过程。经过3年的实践研究证明可有效提高实践教学效果。

Abstract:The practice teaching methods and management processes are the key aspects of enhancing the practice effect.In order to improve practice effect,the means of playing and explaining video dates and developing practical conference are adopted,practice process is arranged rationally and student cadre assistant management is fully utilized and the other refinement of practice teaching management processes are combined.It has been proved that these methods cas effectively improve practice teaching effect after three years practice study.
