随着网络信息技术的迅速发展和我国国民经济信息化建设进程的加快，办公自动化系统(OA)作为信息化建设的重点之一，越来越显示出其重要性。对办公自动化系统的发展方向，办公自动化软件的开发平台以及开发过程中经常遇到的具有共性的问题进行了分析，并提出了解决问题的可行性方案。
