| 摘 要： | 近年来大学生招生人数大幅增加,如何根据新时期大学生的思想特点做好大学生党建工作已成为高校党务工作者面临的一项新课题。结合新时期大学生的思想特点,可以从加强思想建设、搞好组织建设、过好组织生活、做好党员培养衔接工作等方面开拓创新,加快推进大学生党建工作。
