小白鼠眼的形态发生的研究

摘    要:从小白发产胚胎第8d形成视泡开始到发育为成体的眼为止,详细观察和描述了其眼的形态发育变化,实验以视网膜、晶体和角膜的发育为主。结果表明:视网膜的发育从胚胎第8d视泡出现开始,在胚胎第9.5d分化为2层,第11.5d分化为4层,刚出生时分化为6层,成年已分化完全,具完整的10层结构;晶体的形态发生经历了晶体板(第9.5d)、晶体凹(第10d)、晶体囊(第10.5d)、初级晶体纤维(第11.5d)及次

Abstract:The Morphogenesis of the mouse eye from the formation of the optic vesicle in the Embryonic day 8(E8)to maturity was observed and described in detail. Our attention was paid mainly to retina, lens and cornea development. The results indicated that the development of the retina started from the emergence of optic vesicle(E8), and it differentiated two layers(E9.5), four layers(E11.5) and six layers in the new fetal, and it was completely differentiated after mature, and that the morphogenesis of lens went through such stages as lens placode(E9.5), lens fovea(E10), lens vesicle(E10.5), primary lens fibers(E11.5) and secondary lens fibers(E12), and finally formed the perpetual lens(E14), and that the formation of cornea began from the development of pre corneal epithelium(E11), and it became the corneal epithelium(E13), and stroma and endothelium were formed(E14 15), and then the cornea developed thoroughly. The interrelations were discussed that the formation of lens was induced by the optic vesicle, and the development of cornea was induced by the retina and (or)lens during the morphogenesis of mouse eyes.
