热红外图像等温线温度场分割研究

摘    要:为了改变传统电力设备检测方式,快速预测诊断出潜在故障的电力设备故障点,对采集到的电力设备热红外图像进行预处理和等温线温度场分割等关键技术,确定出热红外图像的缺陷中心位,为后期进行图像匹配,快速预测出电力设备故障点提供了良好的基础。经实践表明,研究方法达到了很好的实际效果,帮助变电站预测出了多处可能发生故障的电力设备,值得实际推广应用。

Abstract:In order to change the traditional way of testing electric power equipment, rapid prediction of potential fault diagnosis of power equipment fault points, this paper collected on the power equipment of thermal infrared image preprocessing and isotherm temperature field segmentation technology, determine the thermal infrared image of the defect center position, think later image matching, fast prediction of the power equipment fault points provided a good foundation. The practice indicated that, the research method of this paper has achieved the very good actual effect, help substation projecting out of the many possible malfunction of the power equipment, and actual application.
