纳米TiO2包覆磷酸钙生态防锈颜料的合成与性能

摘    要:首先以工业85%磷酸,Ca(OH)2为基本原料合成磷酸钙中间体。再利用TiOSO4水解产生的TiO2对其包覆改性。经过滤、烘干得到产品。利用XRD、SEM对样品进行了表征。将改性的颜料制成醇酸水性防锈漆,喷涂到钢铁表面测试性能。结果证明,各项指标均达到或超过国家标准,尤其耐盐水一项,不仅优于目前市场上的磷酸锌,而且寿命比德国进口的ZPA防锈颜料要高出120 h。

Abstract:The calcium phosphate intermediate was firstly synthesized with industrial phosphoric acid and Ca(OH)2 as the basic raw materials. Then, the final TiO2-coated calcium phosphate product was obtained by the hydrolysis of TiOSO4 after a filtration and drying process. The product was characterized by XRD, SEM, and EDS analysis. The as-obtained pigment was made into alkyd water-borne antirust coatings and painted on the surface of the steel to test its antirust performance. The results show that the as-synthesized product can meet or exceed the national standards. In particular, the salted water resistance properties of the product are not only superior to the commercial zinc phosphate pigment, but also exceed 120 h than German ZPA anticorrosive pigment
