超临界CO2在稠油中的溶解度以及体积系数研究

摘    要:采用超临界状态的CO2对稠油或原油进行降黏,进而实现长距离管道输送是一项全新的稠油降黏输送工艺。采用实验手段和流体相平衡模型相结合对CO2在稠油中的溶解特性以及超临界CO2稠油物理特性进行了研究,得到了CO2在超稠油中的溶解特性。且模拟计算结果与实验结果比较接近,误差较小,并确定了适用于超临界CO2在稠油溶解度计算公式和体积系数计算公式。

Abstract:Heavy oil with supercritical CO2 to reduce the viscosity, thus achieving long-distance pipeline transportation, is a new heavy oil transportation technology with great significance. Combining the phase equilibrium model and experimental test methods, the CO2 solubility in heavy oil and heavy oil physical characteristics of supercritical CO2 has been studied. The CO2 solubility characteristics in heavy oil are obtained. And simulation and experimental results are compared fairy well with each other, the error is small, and the calculation equations for heavy oil solubility in supercritical CO2 and the formation volume factor are given.
