| 摘 要： | 根据循环经济指标体系应遵循的基本原则以及我国西部地区循环经济发展现状,构建了西部地区循环经济发展水平评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法,建立了区域循环经济发展水平评价模型,并以陕西省为例,对1998-2004年间陕西省循环经济发展状况进行了实证研究,旨在为西部地区循环经济发展提供参考依据和理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on principles which circular economy index system should follow and circular economy development situation in West China,this paper composes a western circular economy development level evaluation index system.It adopts principal component analysis to build a district circular economy development level evaluation model and it employs Shaanxi province as an instance to make an empirical study of Shaanxi province's circular economy development status during 1998 to 2004,therefore,this article aims to provide references and theories for circular economy development of the Western Region. |
