| 摘 要： | 目的:建立五香血藤的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用硅胶GF254板分离五香血藤中的化合物,以石油醚(30℃~60℃)—甲酸乙酯(5:1)和正己烷—乙酸乙酯(8:5)为展开系统,UV254下分别检视不同地区五香血藤中的五味子甲素、五味子乙素与五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲。结果:建立了一种快速、有效的五香血藤的薄层色谱鉴别方法,采用此法检测,斑点清晰,分离效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Kadsura longipedunculata Finet et Gagn.Methods: The silica gel plate(GF 254) was used as the stationary phase.One solvent mixture containing petroleum ether-ethyl formate in the proportion of 5:1(by volume)was used as the developing reagent.The spots of compounds Deoxyschizandrin and γ-Schisandrin were detected by UV254nm.Another solvent mixture containing n-hexane-ethyl acetate in the proportion of 8:5(by volume)was used as the developing reagent.The spots of compounds Schisandrin and Schisantherin A were detected by UV254nm.Result : The method was simple,steady,controlable and effective.Conclusion : It can be used to control the quality of Kadsura longipedunculata Finet et Gagn. |
