| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background on which the county-level libraries implement the service mode of free interlibrary loan, analyzes the shortages existing in and challenges faced by the service mode of free interlibrary loan, and probes into the countermeasures for perfecting the service mode of free interlibrary loan developed by the county-level libraries. |
