| 摘 要： | 教师专业化是现代教育发展的历史要求,从教师专业化的视角审视音乐教师职业技能的培养有着特殊意义。现阶段音乐教师的能力与教师专业化发展的客观要求还有很大差距,这既有认识层面的问题,也有培养策略层面的问题。认真分析这些问题,有助于丰富培养内容,转变培养观念,明确培养目标,完善评价机制,保证培养质量。
