组织融知渠道研究

摘    要:融知 ,即知识获取 ,是知识管理的一个重要课题。组织可能的融知渠道有很多 ,本文通过对组织进行调研和分析 ,归纳出六类组织的主要融知渠道 :知识学习、知识引进、知识挖掘、人才引进、知识继承、知识创新。为了进一步了解组织融知渠道 ,本文从与组织融合度、融知成本、知识量、时间效率、显性程度等六个方面对上述六类融知渠道进行了特性分析。最后 ,本文列举了上述融知渠道的典型应用

Abstract:Knowledge acquirement is an important question of knowledge management.There are many possible channels for an organization to acquire knowledge.Through research and analyse,this paper sums up six channels to acquire knowledge,and they are knowledge study,knowledge introduction,knowledge development,talent introduction,knowledge inheritance and knowledge innovation.In order to further understand these knowledge acquirement channels,this paper analyzes characteristics of above six channels from six facets:harmonization degree with an organization,knowledge acquirement cost,knowledge quantity,time efficiency,distinctness degree.Then,this paper gives some typical applications of above knowledge acquirement channels.
