白玉兰花抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:
为了研究不同溶剂的白玉兰花提取物对油脂的抗氧化作用和规律,采用连续回流提取法,用不同溶剂提取白玉兰花中的抗氧化活性成分,在相同条件下比较它们对猪油的抗氧化效果,过氧化值(POV)采用碘量法测定.结果表明,不同溶剂的白玉兰花提取物均具有一定的抗氧化作用,且随着添加量的增大而增强,其不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化作用的能力强弱顺序依次为乙醇、乙酸乙酯、水、石油醚.

Abstract:
To study the antioxidation function and rules of extracts from Magnolia denudate Desr., the reflux extraction method was used to extract the antioxidation active ingredients from Magnolia denudate Desr. In the same condition, the antioxidation to lard was compared. The peroxide value (POV)was measured by iodimetry. The results showed that extract from different dissolvent had antioxidation function to lard, and the effect function was bigger with more addition of extracts. Among them, alcohol extract was the strongest one, then was the ethyl acetate, water, light petroleum in order.
