| 摘 要： | 近代江西无产阶级革命人才兴盛有多方面的原因：得天独厚的地理条件是其革命人才其革命人兴盛的优势环境，深厚丰富的文化底蕴是其革命人才兴盛的历史基础，刚正义烈的性格特征是其革命人才兴盛的重要因素，马克思主义的广泛传播是其革命人才兴盛的思想基础，发展壮大的工人阶级是其革命人才兴盛的阶级基础，艰苦险恶的斗争环境是其革命人才兴盛的强大推力。

| Abstract: | The flourishment proletarian revolutionary talents in Jiangxi Province has many causes:its unique geographical condition created an advantageons envivonment,its rich cultural heritage was historical basis;the people of Jiangxi had vpright character traits;the spread of Marxist ideology was its ideological foundation the development and strengthening of the working class was its class foundation;the rough and hazardous working environment was a great propelling factor for the flourishment of revoluitonary talents. |
