西洋参组织培养及愈伤组织中人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1含量分析

摘    要:用西洋参(Panax quinquefolium L.)根作为外植体进行愈伤组织诱导,通过不同的培养基和激素配比实验,发现2.0mg/L 2,4-D 0.5mg/L 6-BA适合西洋参愈伤组织的诱导,愈伤组织在MS 2.0mg/L 2,4-D 0.5mg/L 6-BA培养基上生长较快,而在NB 2.0mg/L 2,4-D 0.5mg/L 6-BA培养基上细胞培养物中人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1含量较高,分别占干重的1.40%和0.24%.

Abstract:The roots of Panax quinquefolium L were taken as explants and the calli were induced in this paper. The results showed that the concentrations of hormone, such as 2.0mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5mg/L 6-BA, were optimal by the tests using MS medium with the supplement of different concentrations of hormone ; The calli grew fast on the MS medium plus 2.0mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5mg/L 6-BA, the contents of Ginsenosides Rgl and Rbl were very high in the calli on NB medium plus the same concentrations of hormone by the tests using different media and their contents of Rgl and Rbl were 1.40 percent and 0.24 percent respectively as compared with the dry weight of the calli.
