| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors discuss how to carry out the credit system and make it suit the educational management system of the colleges and universities with our features , as far as the reformation of the higher education. Moreover, from formulating, the teaching scheme in new thinking method to carrying out education better by combining our national condition and maximizing favourable factors & miximizing unfavourable ones, we expound that we have to study and to carry out the create system. |
