从污物中分离出一株兼性厌氧芽孢杆菌，它可产生大量的果胶酶．该菌株生长ｐＨ范围广，生长最高温度为５０℃左右，它适应性强，生长快．在实验室中根据它的菌落形态、个体形态、生理特性和生化反应、生态环境、生活史等作为分类依据，定名为地衣芽孢杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｕｓｌｉｃｈｅｎｉｆｏｒｍｉｓ）

Indentiflcation of a producing pectinase strain Xg 01

A facultative anaerobic bacillus strain Xg 01 is isolated from the dirt. It can produce a large number of pectinase. With its growth, pH value is more extensive. The highest temperature is 50 centigrade. It's adaptability is strong, and growth is rapid. In the laboratory according to it's colonial morpha, individual morpha, physiological characteristic, biochemical reaction, ecological environment etc. as classification basis, it is named as Bacillus licheniformis.
