| 摘 要： | 分析了在"房地产泡沫"语境下的房地产企业的发展现状及存在的问题,指出本着长期可持续发展的思想制定发展战略,房地产企业要积极自主规范"诚信服务"的理念,加强房地产企业的危机管理能力,寻找即使房地产泡沫破灭也不易受影响的弥隙市场进行发展,在激烈的市场竞争中回归理性.

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the status quo of development and problems of real estate enterprises under the language environmental of"Real Estate Bubble", brings forward development strategy of real estate enterprises including establishing development strategy based on the idea of "real estate enterprises would rather believe the exist of real estate bubble than inexistence,actively standardizing idea of "honest service",strengthening ability of crisis management of real estate enterprises,searching insusceptible "Niche Market" to develop and real estate enterprises choosing recompose policy and regressing logos in the stinging market competition. |
