广西食用菌产业发展存在的问题及对策研究

摘    要:食用菌具有很高的营养价值和保健价值,是我国农产品中具有明显竞争优势的品种.广西发展食用菌的优势有:种类丰富;地形气候均非常合适生产食用菌;有丰富的栽培材料和充沛的劳动力资源;发展基础较好;自治区出台新政策重点支持发展食用菌等,这对于广西发展食用菌产业具有重要的意义.本文试图通过对食用菌生产、经营的研究,分析广西食用菌产业发展的影响因素,目的是为广西食用菌产业发展提供一些思路和理论支持.

Abstract:Edible fungus has high nutritional value and health value of agricultural products in China is a significantly competitive species.Guangxi has the advantages of raising edible fungus:Species is rich;climate is very suitable for production of edible fungus;Guangxi is rich in planting materials and abundant labor resources,and supportive policies for the development of edible fungus have been put forward.The edible fungus industry is the key of development in Guangxi,the paper tried to study the edible fungus production,management,marketing research,analyze the factors of the edible fungus industry in Guangxi,in hope to provide some ideas and support to edible fungus industry in Guangxi.
