| 摘 要： | 1997年以来围绕太原市区汾河段开展的一系列工程是太原建城后规模最大的市政建设工程。针对太原城市现有市局阳刚之气较重的状况，指出在汾河园设计布局上应强调营造柔和之美，而进提出了太原汾河园总体布局设想。

| Abstract: | A series of works around Fenhe River section in urban district of Taiyuan constructed since 1997 is a municipal engineering with the biggest scale after the establishment of Taiyuan City. In the light of the situation that the existing municipal allocation of Taiyuan is more rigid, this paper points out that the flexible beauty should be emphasized in the design allocation of Fenhe River Garden, and further puts forward a plotting of general allocation of Taiyuan Fenhe River Garden. |
