| 摘 要： | 农村土地制度的改革是深化农村改革，促进农村经济发展的重要内容。本文通过对农村各种土地制度改革模式的分析，认为土地股份合作制创新了农村土地产权制度，形成了灵活的土地流转机制，促进了土地流转和土地规模经营，是目前我国土地制度改革的较好模式。

| Abstract: | Land system transformation plays an important role in deepening the reform in the countryside in present-day China for the puopse of promting agrarian economic development. This paper attempts an analysis of the the patterns of land system transformation in the present-day countryside, and arrives at the conclusion that the land share cooperation is unique and it initiates a new system of land properey right and forms a fiexible mechanism of land circulation which facilitates not only land circulation but also scale land use, thus giving birth to a better pattern of land system transformation in present-day China. |
