摘    要:以双凹槽简支板为研究对象,在双凹槽简支板上贴上应变片,加上电桥测量电路、运算放大器和数字存储记录仪等组成压力载荷的测量系统,在液压式压力机上进行加载实验,得到了双凹槽简支板的承载特性.应用DYNA有限元程序对其承载特性进行了数值计算.实验结果和数值计算吻合较好,说明这种测量方法可行.

Abstract:Pasted with strain gauges and making use of bridge circuits,an operating pressure load measuring system constituting of amplifier and digital storage instrument,is used to measure the load carrying characteristics of a simply supported rectangular plate with two flutes on a hydraulic press.The characteristics have been calculated by DYNA program.The result of experiment matches the calculation and shows that the method is feasible.
