| 摘 要： | 大学生体育锻炼参与意识的培养是体育教学改革的一个重要课题。教师应当从体育锻炼参与意识这一概念出发,分析影响普通大学生体育参与意识内外因素。对普通大学生体育锻炼参与意识的培养,不仅是为学生终生体育打好体质基础,更重要是培养学生终身体育的意识、习惯和能力。

| Abstract: | Training college students consciousness of participation in physical exercise is an important issue of teaching reform for physical education.Teachers should analyze its inner and outer factors by studying their consciousness of participation in physical exercise which not only lays a good physical base for life-long physical exercise but also trains their consciousness,habits and ability of carrying it out. |
