脉冲电流改变非晶体微观结构的研究

摘    要:用穆斯堡尔谱学技术并结合振动样品磁强计和电阻测量等方法,研究了非晶态合金Fe_(79)Si_7B_(14)在脉冲强电流作用下的结构变化。实验结果发现,高密度脉冲电流可以导致非晶微观结构的弛豫,这种作用是非热的。并且,电流作用的时间越长,脉冲频率越大,效果越明显。

Abstract:The mictostructural change in amorphous alloy Fe7% Si7 B14 caused by the non-thermal electropulsing effect was demonstrated by means of Mossbauer spectroscopy in combination with the measurments of saturated magnetization and specific resistance. Experimental results showed that high d. c. pulses will result in the microstructural relaxation in the amorphous alloy under test. Also, it was found that the longer the time for electropulsing effect and the greater the pulse frequency, the more significant the relaxation will be.
