学生党员在推广校园礼仪文化活动中的作用及措施探究——以北京工业职业技术学院为研究对象

为了提高和充分发挥高职院校学生党员在推广校园礼仪文化过程中的先锋模范作用。在充分调研的基础上,找到了学生党员在推进礼仪文化方面的缺失点,并分析了原因,重点强调了学生党员的先锋模范作用、宣传员作用、服务和激励作用,最后提出了四项提高学生党员动力的措施,以此来强化学生党员的角色意识。通过以点带面的方式来推广和促进我院校园礼仪文化的建设。
