中国与东盟国家“新经济”产业合作展望

中国与东盟某些国家相比,至少存在高新技术企业创新能力较弱、高新技术产品的进出口长期仍处于逆差状态等差距。目前中国可以在促进资本市场的建设、发展电子商务、加强网络安全、发展高新技术经济合作园区和人力资源能力建设等方面积极寻求与东盟国家之间进行有效的国际经济交流与合作。

Prospect of Industrial Cooperation of China-ASEAN "New Economy"

Compared with some ASEAN countries,China is falling behind at least in such fields as weak innovation capability of high-tech enterprises,import surplus of high-tech products.At present,China can effectively cooperate with ASEAN countries in constructing capital market,promoting e-business,strengthening network security,and developing high-tech economic cooperation zone as well as human resources.
