超声场中湿法制备氧化铝纳米粉

摘    要:将超声波应用于湿法制备氧化铝纳米粉工艺过程,探讨了超声作用机理,研究了超声辐射对颗粒的形成和团聚以及干燥过程的影响,研究表明,超声能量能加速前驱体的形核,超声分散可控制晶核的长大和团聚;超声振动还能影响陈化过程中的沉淀向凝胶的转变,易得到疏松三维网络状结构,这样的凝胶结构有利于最后得到疏松、少(无)团聚的纳米粉体。

Abstract:The technics of preparing nano Al 2O 3 powder by wet chemical method using ultrasonic radiation was studied. The effects of ultrasonic radiation on the formation, reuniting and drying of the grains were discussed. The results showed that ultrasonic energy can speed up the nucleation of the precursor, ultrasonic dispersion can control the growth and agglomerate of the crystal nucleus, ultrasonic vibration can also affect the process of the transformation into gel during the process of aging, and was easy to get a lossen 3D network. This kind of gel structure is favorable in obtaining lossen and less or no agglomerate nano powders.
