| 摘 要： | 描述了通过Ｉｎｔｅｒｅｔ实现多功能安全监视和图像，语音传输的远程监控报警系统，探讨了实现网络监控报警的关键技术和发展方向，给出了网络报警监控系统的一般组成及工作原理，该系统具有图像声音采集、传输和管理以及自动报警，远距离监控，文件传输和报警信息的自动维护等多功能，它集计算机技术，多媒体技术和数字通信技术于一体，可靠地实现了远距离微机系统的站间实时通信和联网报警。

| Abstract: | The article described a multi-purpose remote monitor system based on Internet by which the safety surveillance, images and voice transmission can be implemented. The remote monitor system has many functions such as image and voice collecting, transmitting and management, auto-alarm, remote control, file transmission and alarm information self-maintenance. It perfectly integrates the computer technology, multimedia technology and digital communication technology, and it reliably implements the communication among the remote computer systems and the alarms based on Internet. |
